"Being from quite a distance outside the LaSalle County area, I was at a loss for options to perform an appraisal on my father's property. I was basically throwing darts at names on the Internet. But no go, couldn't even get a call back. I had almost given up when I stumbled upon Greater Midwest Appraisal. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and scheduled the appointment. A kindly gentleman named Don showed up as scheduled and promptly got the appraisal completed. I was lucky to find them and appreciate their efforts."
